Pure Acupuncture
The medical practice of acupuncture began in
China at least 3,000 years ago. The medicine recognizes the vital energy behind life. This energy, called qi (pronounced “chee”),
circulates throughout the body along meridians or channels. When this energy flow
is disrupted, pain or illness occurs.
Acupuncture points are stimulated using hair-thin needles with the intention
of treating the root cause of the imbalance as well as the symptoms. Chinese medicine is
based on the belief that everything is
interconnected: what happens to one part of the body affects every other part of
the body, including the mind.
Acupuncture can address many issues, including the following:
Fertility, pregnancy, menopausal support
Emotional & hormonal balancing, increased sense of well being
Body pain, headache & migraine relief
Sleep, energy & digestive support
